Notes - Elby is listed in the 1910 Census as Liza E. Neal. We know from her death certificate that her last name was Neal. I believe that Liza was her proper first name and Elby was her second. Liza E. and her husband, William C. Neal are listed here solely on the fact that her married name was Neal and they named their first daughter, "Tennie". She was married about 1899 based on Tennie Neal's birth year of 1900 and her death certificate stated that she was divorced.
