• Notes

  Since no baptism record has ever been found for Juan Josef we must determine his parents from his siblings baptismal records. There were no baptism records for any Añorga Echenique but there were 3 records of Añorga Echanique in the correct time frame following the marriage of the parents in November 1766. Therefore we must assume that these are the correct children and Juan Josef is the 4th child. Actually he may have been the 3rd child born given the time differences with the other three.
